REFUND POLICY​

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however in the case that you are not entirely satisfied, we can accept most returns.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (e.g. if gift-boxed).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. email order confirmation).

We do not issue refunds for booked workshop dates. There is a possibility that we can change the date of the workshop booking, however this is subject to availability.

Workshop gift-cards cannot be refunded, however can be exchanged for a general gift card for use on our online shop.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange your order with an alternative product if it complies with the eligibility criteria above. Please email us on hello@weezandmerl.com to discuss further arrange return.

RETURN PROCESS

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@weezandmerl.com, referencing your order number. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service to return your items.

Please do not send your order back to our workshop address without having emailed us first.

REFUND CONDITIONS

Once your return is received and inspected and we are happy that it complies with our eligibility terms, we will issue a refund (minus the shipping fee) within 10 working days, using the original payment method.
