REFUND POLICY​

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however in the case that you are not entirely satisfied, we can accept most returns.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (e.g. if gift-boxed).

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. email order confirmation).

  • We do not issue refunds for booked workshop dates. There is a possibility that we can change the date of the workshop booking, however this is subject to availability.

  • Workshop gift-cards cannot be refunded, however can be exchanged for a general gift card for use on our online shop.

EXCHANGES

  • We are happy to exchange your order with an alternative product if it complies with the eligibility criteria above. Please email us on hello@weezandmerl.com to discuss further arrange return.

RETURN PROCESS

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@weezandmerl.com, referencing your order number. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service to return your items.

  • Please do not send your order back to our workshop address without having emailed us first.

REFUND CONDITIONS

  • Once your return is received and inspected and we are happy that it complies with our eligibility terms, we will issue a refund (minus the shipping fee) within 10 working days, using the original payment method.
